User Guidelines

These User Guidelines apply to the use of the Psydro Ltd. (“Psydro”) web- and mobile based platform, available at https://psydro.com/ (the “Website”), and Psydro’s Mobile App available on Google Play and the Apple Store (the “Mobile App”). For the purposes of these guidelines, a user is every person who uses the online platform to view content, submit, edit or delete a review (the “User”, “you”, “your”). Please read these guidelines carefully before using the Website. These User Guidelines and the use of the Psydro Website and Mobile App are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which you can find here.

WHAT IS A REVIEW ?

A review is an expression of a User’s opinion and experience with a given company regarding the purchase or order of products, service etc. Reviews are aimed at displaying a truthful assessment of a User’s customer experience, helping other Users make the right choices.
Your review must reflect your User experience with the company, originating no more than 12 months ago.
We encourage you to write your review as detailed as possible. Relevant issues include overall user experience, delivery issues, customer support experience and any other similar aspects of your customer experience.

WHO CAN WRITE A REVIEW ?

Anyone who is acting in his personal capacity can share his or her experience with a given company, product or service can submit a review. Experience with a company means the following:
- You have actually purchased goods or services from a company.
- You have ordered goods or services from a company.
- You have otherwise communicated with a company regarding the possible purchase of goods or services from the company.
You may write a review only regarding your personal experience with a company. You may not write a review regarding the experience of anyone else.
You may not write a review regarding a company you are or have been personally involved with. Such involvement includes, but is not limited to ownership, employment relationship etc.
If you have been offered any incentive by a company to write a review, you are obliged to disclosed such information in your review.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REVIEW ?
To submit a review, go to Psydro’s home page and type the name of the company you wish to rate in the search box, or by browsing the list of companies. Click on the write a review button on the company’s review page. You will be redirected to a separate page, where you must enter your registered user account details. If you do not have a registered user account, you will need to create one in order to submit a review. Click on the Register button and follow the instructions. You will need to submit relevant information about yourself and verify your email address. Following successful registration, you will have access to fill in the evaluation form and submit your review. You can also use the floating write a review button.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY REVIEW ?
If you wish to add more information or change a review you have already submitted, enter your profile page and then select edit and make the changes you wish to make.

CAN COMPANIES SUBMIT REVIEWS ABOUT THEMSELVES?
We take all reasonable measures to display only genuine reviews of existing customers. Our verification process includes checking of IP addresses, email verification, constant monitoring of reviews to ensure they are real and comply with our publishing standards. We may ask you to provide a copy of your receipt and/or invoice to verify the authenticity of your purchase or order. We may also require you to submit copies of your correspondence with the company for the above reasons.

The reviews submitted on Psydro are 100% not controlled by the companies they refer to. Nevertheless, all reviews are moderated and subject to an approval by Psydro before they are available on the Website and Mobile App. We only post reviews from verified Users.

We run a zero-tolerance policy towards fabricated reviews. Such reviews undermine the basic idea behind Psydro – to help Users make educated purchasing decisions.

If we become aware that a company attempts to publish a fake review, we will post this information on their company profile so that Users are aware of this action.

ARE THERE ANY REVIEW QUALITY STANDARDS?

Reviews are not altered, changed, modified or censored by Psydro before being posted on the Website and/or Mobile App. We do however have strict quality standards policy. If your review violates our policy, we may ask you to change or delete it, and we reserve the right to remove it at any time and block your access to Psydro, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Other Users may also report your review if they believe that it does not meet our standards.

Your review:

Should not contain any language that is likely to be viewed as inflammatory or defamatory.

Should not violate these Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

Should not contain information which is solely political, ethical, and not related to your own customer experience.

Should not contain any violent, sexist, racist or discriminatory language.

Should not contain personal information about yourself, or any other information through which you may be personally identified.

Should not contain any personal information regarding a third person. Such information includes, but is not limited to personal name, address, phone number, payment information, email address etc.

Should not include any promotional or advertising materials and information.

Should describe your customer experience, and not the functionality or usefulness of a product or service.

WHAT IF MY REVIEW VIOLATES THESE USER GUIDELINES?

If your review violates these Guidelines, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable laws:

We may ask you to change within a specified time period.

We may ask you to submit relevant documentation to establish the authenticity of your review, including but not limited to receipts, invoices, copies of correspondence with a company etc. within a specified time period.

We may delete your review.

We may suspend your access to the Psydro’s services for a certain period.

We may suspend your access to the Psydro’s services indefinitely.

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Your account may be suspended if you have violated these Guidelines or our Terms and Conditions. If you believe that your account has been unfairly suspended, or wish to appeal your suspension, please contact us at complaints@psydro.com. Our team will be in touch shortly to discuss your account.

CHANGES TO THESE USER GUIDELINES

Psydro may amend, change or update these User Guidelines, from time to time, entirely at its own discretion. You shall be responsible for checking these Guidelines, from time to time, and ensuring continued compliance with these Guidelines. Your use of the Services after any such amendment or change in the Guidelines shall be deemed as your express acceptance to such amended/changed Guidelines and an assent to be bound by such changed/amended Guidelines.
