Took speaking to 4 different agents and being told my telephone pass-code was incorrect however I had never called them previously.
Had set up new code and then transferred to tech who confirmed it was now a 9 digit code but the one I had just changed was also incorrect?!!!
Wasn't listened to when explained router couldn't be found when searching for WiFi connection on mobile device, even though she advised this was incorrect.
Explained that the speed I was paying for has never materialised. Asked if she could advise would speed my broadband can provide and she started arguing with me. I requested to speak to a manager because she was becoming aggressive and rude and she argued she hadn't been rude but now she happily will be. She placed me on hold, advised would get a manager, sarcastically came back on the phone to notify me her manager was coming back on the phone and then left me on hold for another 20 minutes before disconnecting the call.
I still have no clue why I'm being asked to pay for a broadband speed that I am not receiving and believe that legally they should provide my existing speed and what I was initially offered at point of sale because they have miss sold me.
I fly with them for the first time in December and I have to say I was very impressed about everything to do with the flight. The pilot was very friendly and made a couple of announcements to keep us up to date with the flight, and the flight was very smooth as was the take off and landing. The flight attendants could not have been any nicer to myself or my family, always asking if we were ok if we needed anything. I was even impressed by the inflight meals as these can tend to be a hit or a miss bit both inward and outward flight meals were lovely. The entertainment on the flight was very good and movies were up to date. there was even plenty to keep my kids amused. I would defiantly recommend flight with them again.
One of the best experience of my life was going in airballoon on a beautiful sunny day! the whole experience of setting up the balloon, to flying over the countryside and then packing up the balloon at the end with a lovely champagne to end the day! It took a while for the booking as i had to cancel a few times due to bad weather but it was worth it! Definatedly recommend doing this!
I booked our flight via The Trafford centre Manchester it’s the first time ive ever been abroad and to start off with a long haul flight was a little daunting.
I was amazed at just how easy booking the flight and arranging our stay in Disney was esp has we had to arrange for park tickets, food and a car.
The staff were very friendly, Helpful and explained everything to me putting my mind at ease.
From the minute we sat down on the plane we were well looked after with plenty of drinks, snacks and a lovely meal , The flight attendants were brilliant and didn’t mind me walking up & down the aisles with my 3 year old who just wanted to explore, I think Maisie knew the name of every passenger by the time we had landed.
The whole experience was a joy and I just wanted to commend virgin for its friendly professionalism and for helping make this holiday the best experience we have ever had.
Been with Virgin wines 6 months now always excellent customer service and quality wine started with mixed offer case and never looked back I am also a member of virgin wine bank with extra special offers on wines would highly recommend this for wine lovers.

We have been with Virgin media now for over ten years (since they took over from Telewest) I have always found them friendly, helpful and reliable! We never have a problem with our broadband. I saw a bad review about them and can only assume this was a 'one off' experience as I have nothing but praise for this company.
I flew with virgin when I was going to New York I had good experience with them there were so many tasty dishes they even gave me a gift I loved their service.
Our Installation date was postponed by a couple of weeks leaving us without services having already given notice to Sky. Then the installer failed to check the system was working before leaving, and left no contact details. After tracking down a number for them we were passed around 6 or 7 people before being told they couldn't help as the named person on the contract was not here at the time. All we wanted was the engineer to return. They then lied to say engineer would be around later that day. We phoned back to be told engineer had been cancelled as system showed it was working (it wasn't) and that there were no free appointments for 3 weeks! At this point we also learnt if we cancel we'd lose the phone number we'd had for years. Fast forward a year and we regularly lose the phone line for hours at a time and internet is down at least once a month. I've subsequently heard similar horror stories from neighbours.
