After calling ee about a cheaper tariff with another provider, they matched the price. Also got a good deal on broadband. Call centre customer service is good. with UK call centres.
After contacting EE to talk to them about an early upgrade they was so helpful . The tariffs that was available was not suitable for me so they tailored a tariff that was better for me after chatting to a manager. I felt like an important customer. Thank you. EE, my new phone will be arriving tomorrow. Yay. 😁
Should stop paying Kevin Bacon and put the money into the signal and customer service side of the business. Awful.
Having signed up for a new phone and i went to collect it and as i had no ID that they could scan could not collect although i appreciate the security issues there should be an alternative way.
Worst phone network ever, would not recommend at all.
I had my mobile on an EE monthly tariff for a long time. As with all these things, I couldn't be bothered to move provider. However, my monthly bill kept going up. When I was unable to access my online account I rang customer services and was put through to the IT section - even they couldn't resolve the problem. That was the final straw, and I moved to Plusnet. Would not recommend EE.
I switched to EE mobile a year ago after getting fed up with my previous provider as they were always trying to put me on a more expensive package.
EE were great - they listened to what I wanted (I just use my mobile for texts and calls) and suggested a tariff which was very good value and suits me down to the ground. I'm a happy (and richer!) customer and would recommend EE to others.
After being on the phone with ee to get a contract on the iPhone XS Max i was very happy with the customer service they provided and they were very helpful going through all the different tariffs available. I would recommend ee to anyone looking for a new contract.
The signal i am getting with EE is poor, i have been on the phone a few times and they keep telling me that the signal is fine in my area but thats all they say. I am leaving next month and going elsewhere, I have been unhappy for months but haven't been able to leave due to contract settlement fee so i had to run the months down, just felt someone could of helped me a bit more.
Contracted for 24 months for £40!- month. Great deal and great customer service.
