I sent a parcel by Collect of 24 Nutricia Fortisip drinks. I watched the tracking information and saw a notice saying ''parcel damaged please phone'' they didn't even inform me. It was a premium rate number but I went on to 'say no to 087'0 an got the ordinary number. They could not find out what had happened, they said thy would get in touch with the depot to see if it was the outer packaging or the contents that were damaged. If it was the outer packaging they could send it on an if not they would send it back. I waited and then phoned them again and they said the depot had not understood them so they have to get in touch with them again and I have to wait another 48 hours. The poor lady I sent them too (they are for people that cannot eat) is bewildered and I don't know what to do. Appalling service overall and not even paticularly cheap - it was over £6 to sent the parcel.
