Was charged for engineer call out when we had just moved into a house. Our service never worked they said they’d send someone it then charged us £130!
They need to improve their service and also the connection in my area is terrible!
I, like SO many others, are due to have our BT costs increased in January 18 to nearly £40 p.m. for home phone & fibre broadband..... and, as this then allows us to 'back out of the contract', as they are changing the T&C's (not widely publicised), I 'started the process' of leaving and go to Vodafone for £25.00 p.m.
BT threatened to charge £222 early leaving fee - which of course they CAN'T... and I rang them! After VERY LITTLE persuasion, they offered the SAME deal as Vodafone for only £24.99 p.m. (I know, 1p less - but still £15.01 less than what it was going to be) and I keep the EXCELLENT service that BT has always given!
My 3 *'s is because, I should have been offered this deal WITHOUT going through the hoops in the first place!

Very slow, rude and just an awful company overall.
Been with bt for a while but leaving as there customer service is awful had proplems with my phone line for ages numerous engineers been out and still can't sort the problem
Trying to get though to there customer service is terrible
Transfered my WiFi from the house to out house with this. Signal is perfect. Very cheap product and better than getting a standard booster as you can target the area you require a signal in better.
